Cancellation Policy
This business enforces a cancellation policy that reserves the right to charge you a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations.
Please keep in mind that if you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, you may be considered a no-show and this business may have the decision to charge you and cancel the appointment.
If appointments are cancelled in less than 48 hours, you may be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
If you no-show to your appointment, you may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
New clients are charged a $15-$50 non-refundable deposit depending on the service booked. This deposit will go towards the total of the service and will be deducted from overall total at checkout. In some cases, deposits can be transferable up to 2 weeks after cancellations if in any case client needs to reschedule.
Successful appointments are required and expected to pay the service in full once completed. This business does not give refunds for completed services.
You as a client are able to receive a free fix if you let the business know within 72 hours of completed service (only on work done by me). Any notice after the 72 hours, they may be charged for adjustments.
